The Theta Burger has long been one of my favorites.  I still remember the first time I had it, I was bartending through college (go Sooners) and after one of my first shifts I was starved so I grabbed some food before heading home.  Some of my new co-workers recommended the Theta, saying it was the most popular burger on the menu, so I went for it and it was love at first bite!  I am in general a lover of condiments so with a tangy BBQ and smooth mayo, I was sold.  I recommend piling the shredded cheddar as high as it will go and don't skimp on those zesty pickles either.
